McGraw-Hill Education: We’re With You
While McGraw-Hill Education is a leading textbook publisher and learning sciences company, at one point they were lagging behind in "next-gen" math and science products. (STEM products). Most of these products were far in development but weren't yet market-ready. The clock was ticking, and McGraw-Hill didn't want to lose any established relationships to the competition.
The challenge: There was no product to show, nor budget for casting and shooting video that would capture that essence of excitement. But we did have existing video, mostly B-roll of classrooms doing math and science—and lots of it—to sift through. The question was, can we somehow weave B-roll together in an emotive way? Math and science aren’t exactly emotional subjects.
The solution: We reverted to McGraw-Hill heritage, with all the feels. We would make next-gen math and science a common cause, because we are also parents who want our children to excel in this new age of education. Because of this, we are working on the best there is to offer, and it's coming soon. I found it quite poetic. Literally.
