Prior to 2019, member communication materials were inconsistent in voice and branding. So we created the “Whatever it Takes” concept, which solved the consistency problem. We adapted it to dozens of flyers, brochures, post cards, wellness materials and more, which were uploaded to an online template catalog, with categories such as coming soon, open enrollment, welcome, benefits education, health topic campaigns and more. It has become a brand promise and is now at the heart of every member communication.
